Paperwork:
In order to submit a fully executed contract or insurance claim, the roofing specialist will provide the following documents to the company:
Retail:

- Approved proposal with all homeowner contact information (either TRC admin will send for
electronic signature or the rep can provide a signed contract).

- The ‘build worksheet’ must be completed and saved in the file with all accurate information.
If the build is wrong, adjustments will be made to the cost data which may impact the final
commission percentage. These adjustments will stay in the folder for your review.

- Communication through the process to ensure homeowner stays up to date on the progress
of their project.

- Collection of deposit, and final check upon completion. (As previously communicated,
commissions are paid as funds are received.)
Insurance:

- Insurance claims include a combination of the following documents:
o ConsentAgreement
o TacticalRoofingDirectiontoPay
o WhattoExpect
o ServiceAgreement
o InsuranceApprovalLetter/Adjustorapprovedestimate o Proposal(InsuranceVersion)
o HOAApproval -
- NOTE: Without the above documents, we cannot move forward to build the roof and the package is not complete. While the HOA might require time to obtain, the remaining documents should be submitted in order to have a Bonafide contract. The project will not get scheduled until the HOA approval is in hand.

- The roofing specialist shall submit all carrier required documents to the insurance company, and serve a primary POC for all communication with the carrier.

All roofing specialists will receive the following company support to promote your success as a sales associate:

- TRC will provide business cards, contracts, promotional materials, and other branded literature with the Tactical Roofing Logo on it. This is both to maintain consistency in branding, and to ensure all literature is in compliance with laws and regulations concerning roofing sales.

- If available, TRC will provide a drone for your use.
- Company vehicles are not assured for your use, but we will loan those as available to promote the company while in neighborhoods.
All Roofing Specialists are required to carry general liability insurance and have either workers compensation coverage or an exemption. The company does not manage your hours, daily functions, and you are not considered an employee of the company.
